What the hell is the difference between a “dent” and a “ding”?
Anyhow, it looks like a dent to me…
“A slight depression, or small notch or hollow, made by a blow or by pressure; an indentation”
I questioned the seller and this is what he had to say…
“In terms of bike frames, a dent is a depression that is easily noticable. A ding is a much smaller depression that isn’t as easy to notice”.
Didn’t publish my question though…
In my mind a dent is a dent no matter what you try to dress it up as.
