Thinking the fork may be a replacement and mismatched wheels. If somebody grabs it and doesn’t want the groupset…I know someone who does. Probably would have jumped on this a few months back and flipped the frame.

Anyone know who or what ‘worden’ is referring to stamped on the seat stay caps?

A quick Google search seems to indicate the Worden family were quite involved in the South Australian cycling scene, particularly Whyalla.
