Well the decal has mr De Grandis name on it, very big bike shop in geelong and valencia was his name he gave to his frames.
Not sure what Mr De Grandi first name is but a fair chance its a reasonable frame.
if you wanna sell the cranks ill take em off our hands

I wish more modern frames would come with decals like this these days.
