This is good solid advice. Well, it’s how I set up mine/others’ when they ask for a hand. If using traditional bend bars I like them to sit a little lower down the bend, so you can rest your palm on the top knob of the brifter, and your wrists sit in a little groove. This, combined with a good seat height and position will give you the most glorious and comfortably aerodynamic position around. It’s ultimately up to your personal preference though.
