I think you’ll find $800 each (minimum) for a Hed 3.

And if you can’t afford $450 for a GT Tri-Tri frame, how can you afford $400 for a 3 fingered wheel?

Fuck dude, you’re rushing around like a chook with its head cut off. Sit down and think for a bit about what you actually want. If you can’t afford $450 for a complete GT track bike, should you really be thinking a set of potatoes?
