I had one of those. There are no words to describe how much it sucked.

aww it aint that bad! ive got a minoura one as well, crappy compared to a normal clampy style stand, but for $20 (maybe less), it has some use =D

I’ve used one as well. They’re not so bad.

Every time I rotated the cranks they would hit the stand and I found it frustrating trying to do anything without the bike moving around heaps. I persevered for too long.

clamp ones are absolutely horrendous, the one in the OP is possibly the worst stand you could ever use

agree the above stand is probably the most sturdy, but sheesh, for a $20 stand, not askin the world!

you would be better off trying to use the $20 note as a workstand, would work better
