It’s not about whether you should wear one or not.
It is about difference between being forced (by law) to wear one or to be free to use your own judgement / mind.
Do you mind being treated like you have no brain to make your own decision?

If I want to ride around the block, to milk bar, ride in park with my kid, ride along the river or beach, slow, away from heavy traffic… I see no point in wearing a helmet. That is my judgement based on my riding environment and conditions.
If I want to ride in heavy traffic I will wear helmet. Again it’s my decision… but I would insist on condition of “being able to make my own decision”.

Once the state takes these freedoms from you, YOU’LL NEVER GET THEM BACK.

What is the rest of the world doing?
Is Australia the smartest one? I don’t think so.
In this country you are not even allowed to ride in the park?!
