One little thing if I may be so bold - would look better with a more classic seatpost. Obviously a Superbe Pro would be perfect but not long enough so what about a 90s/00s Easton-made Shimano XTR (same as Dura Ace & Ultegra branded but longer) or a Nitto Crystal Fellow? Both would give you a setback the same as the Thomson but with a style more in keeping with the rest of the bike’s components.
@DICE Definitely going to go down that way. The Thomson was all I had so I needed something to get me going. Have to agree that a more ‘classic’ post would suit better. The Nitto could for sure be a very good option.

The Crystal fellows come in 460mm length as well. Trying to find one in 27.0mm for my Bridgestone just for a bit more versatility as my 330mm is on the cusp!!
