The piece of camo material is quite small but i can make some of the panels from some snow camo material I’ve already got if it can’t do a full hat (same pattern, two shades of grey and white AFIR)

snow camo pic as requested  
2 shades of grey (50 is far to many IMHO) black and white.  
Should be enough for a couple of hats as least
