Bugger me, I’ve acumulated nothing to sell since the last one!

Yeah but date changed to 15th August.

Bump… it’s on tomorrow. 2 pm start at Deus, Camperdown.

Turn out was pretty awesome.

Anybody score crazy bargains?

I saw some kid walked away with a nice complete white track bike for $450.

got a pair of forks i needed…$5 also a pair of 3ttt drop bullhorns…$5. got there about 4.30.
prolbably missed the real bargins , got a lot of thats dure ace… thats a peice of australian cycling history there in your hands… goood though.

the deep v’s that deus had there were soo cheap…

$200 a pair…

bummed i couldnt be there. other commitments etc…

Hey, wtf, deep-v’s as in velocity deep v’s? damn that shit is cheap

yer they had a seconds stall… only had about 4 sets from memory and only of those were blue… just missed out on those ones :frowning: …the rest were purple…

actually now i think about it… i just missed out on those and a frame that i was keen on… should’ve been a bit earlier…

Who won the roller comp, was it Simon?

Yep, Simon beat Deus’s own Stefan in the grand final. Closely followed by Terrence, Wayne and Paddy I think, in no particular order.

made $55 bucks hustling on the rollers…

‘yea dawg $20 on Em…’

I got a set of Aluminiun Cinelli drops for $40, the guy offered me a stem to go with it but I didn’t buy it. If the guy who is sold these to me if you are reading this now and you still have it, pm me I’d like take em off you if possible.

That was me, pretty psyched. Putting some new bits on it now

Nice work. After I heard him tell you how much he wanted for it, I wondered over to check it out. Those parts (stem, hubs, cranks) will come up really well with some polishing… have ago at them with some steel wool, that might be enough.

What parts are you swapping out?

Swapping the wheelset for my campy atlanta wheels, the stem and bars for an already polished cinelli stem and nitto drops and probably change the headset for something a little more classic. Would love to get a more original looking fork, but theat may take some time to find

will be polishing the cranks , they are super nice

very interested to find out what the frame is, any ideas? someone mentioned it may be a bundy? if its is ill be even happier!

No idea mate, but if you take your frame out to Peter (he’s in Riverside) he should be able to let you know. All I can say is that it doesn’t look like any Bundy I’ve seen, but that probably doesn’t mean anything. I take it the guy didn’t know, or you didn’t ask?
