It’s that price for the whole bike + an alternate forks/handlebar setup with brake. These style of bikes were one-off’s and all very special. Definitely, not your average bike.
yeh, not the whole bike unforch. marley was pretty adamant about never parting with the wheelset that he had on the bike “for display purposes only”. so, pretty sure it was a frame/2 forks deal only…

to put in a word for the bargain bins some sellers had- for the first time in ages my beloved peugeot fixed commuter has cranks that are the same length. 5 bucks got me a crank arm that was just the ticket-
