Any difference aside from the weight??
Looking at a set of Mavic Low Open Pros to Phil High-Flange Hubs, and have a choice of the two.
Will go for the double butted (for less wight, however minimal) unless there’s a better reason for the others.

Others who have built wheels will have first hand experience. But I have read in a number of places that double butted are better for more reasons than weight alone.
No point getting straight gauge spokes on a wheelset like this. fuggetahboutit.
