Ahoy there chaps and chapettes, first time poster long time reader.
Well im in the process of building myself a bike and while scouring a market in melbs yesterday i found and bought an old rear wheel with a flip flop hub for $15. Stamped into the fixed gear cog is “villiers made in england” and on the 4 speed cassette side i can make out what i think says, regina gran sport course", then there is spot of welding covering some letters, then “-socital cat calme” and another spot of welding.
Im guessing the Villiers cog is from villiers-velo, but does anyone know anything about the other side?
Anyhow once my bike is finished ill post up some pics
rock and/or roll
