Are thesefull cromo,frameand fork? I know the track as a hi ten fork currently.

Elios 2 Tubing for both frame and fork which is chromoly as stated by Fuji.

Yeah,lazy me. I went to check specs. Only the seat tube is butted nowadays. Assuming the rest is PG then?  
Still a good value buy for a proven product though
