Nice, smart buying. I don’t need any more frames for another 20 years but even I was thinking “ooohh …” when it was posted.
Not familiar with these and where they fit in the GT scheme of things. Double eyelets but not a super amount of clearances, vertical drops makes for exciting times. Tempted to get some centrepull or canti posts brazed? 650b potential? Soft trail all rounder?

Me either. Fender mounts and no clearance unless you run 19s. Perhaps I’ll chuck the 28H 650B wheels in there one day and see what the clearance and brake reach is like. Right now it’s just too much fun to fang around on.
Ah hell yeah! Those Ultremo DD’s are possibly the best road tires I’ve ever used.
NO! I recall posts from you complaining about constant punctures on them. There’s still remnants of Shoe Goo on the rubber where you were covering up damage on them. The DD belt is the very opposite of supple.

Relative to your Gran Bois tyres, no tyre will feel as supple
