iirc this frame is at Europa Cycles. It looks like the one I saw there in May or June sometime. The guy was asking about the same price as the starting bid, I was told it was a 60cm+ frame.

I bought one that looks identical from Europa a few months ago. Unless he had more out the back this isn’t it. I paid $800 for mine and I am riding it when I get the time to go to the track, and it is very nice to ride too! I think it is reasonable value at its starting price. A modern new Europa is $1200 or more I think. A circa 1980 Guerciotti for the same price??? Seems like fair buying to me and should keep its value a lot better.
