Imron might be a little overkill for a frame, but i hear its pretty durable so that would be a big bonus
Trek used Imron on their 80’s models. Very durable, great finish, but it’s a really toxic paint, so you’d better have a proper respiration setup.
SuzyJ used Imron, here’s her garage setup:

Yeah it is toxic shit… Good thing my dad sells respirators to the fire brigade and Army…
what caps do you use for them ironlak cans?
I use the outliner cap that they come with, I tried the fill caps once and the coverage is crap, it ends out more rough
wierd
once i used an outliner cap but it came out really chunky
but maybe it was because it was a different brand
does it come out like very smooth like proper paint from like bunnings??
nice idea of the clouds. how u do it? paint it or stickers?
So you hand-painted the lettering? Did you use some sort of stencil?
Lettering was all hand done, painted straight on to frame just like the clouds
any new pics?
