It looks a bit soft - a real man would have put drops on it.
On second inspection if you tilt your head to the right and make the wheels level it just has really really slack geometry.
Pity he couldn’t afford a seat post and had to use a hand grenade.
Could be handy, an Ejector seat for dangerous situations, just pull the pin…

Sit your arse on the seat, put your feet on the pedals, hold on to the handle bars and pedal away
