On the weekend I won a pair of key win mudman mtb pedals with what look like ti or ss spindles,
New in the box with cleats has any body here used them or know much about them?
Are they a twist out or a pull out, easy to use, good no good?

i have heard nothing but good things about keywin pedals.

I was going to add, the design looks similar to shimano 2 sided mtb pedal in terms of function.
Twist to release, adjustable tension so you can setup to suit.
