Hey decided to chuck a flat bar on the roadie, hit the wall with levers is there anything that will work with weinneman (sp) centrepull callipers?

Centrepull should work with flat bar brake levers that are suitable for Canti’s. Similar cable pull, I believe.
Tektro make a flat bar brake lever that has 2 positions for the cable head. One for v-brakes, the second position for Canti’s and the like.
Under $30.00 a pair from memory.
