The worst pics but it looks to be a 60+cm Vincolo tourer with canti brakes. I think the measures bigger than the seller has listed. Looks kinda cool especially with 2 seatstay bridges. The seller has that silly make offer format so I’m not sure if he’s fishing for more than $250 which would have been a fair price.
I’d suggest to check this out in person to be sure what you’re getting.
