[MEL] Derby at the Derby

Sorry for the late notice…

Come and ride or bring a loud voice and all your mates to the Derby at the Derby:

Brunswick Cycling Club and Fyxomatosis are proud to present the inaugural “Derby at the Derby” this Friday the 11th Jan at the Royal Derby hotel in Fitzroy. Rider registration closes at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start. All riders will get a timed qualifying ride which will seed them for a head to head elimination.

Competitor entry is $10, prize money to be announced on the night. Please bring your track bike with a 50:14 gear (or equivalent - approx 96") and minimum 165mm cranks along with your CA license or receipt.

Come along and show off your spin! All senior cyclists welcome.

Where: Royal Derby cnr Brunswick St, Alexander Pde Fitzroy (Melways 2C B4)
When: Registration closes 6:45pm / Start at 7:00pm
Cost: Competitors $10 / Spectators Free

Unfortunately I won’t be making it due to a stoopid late shift :x

I think i will just end up watching cause i am coming straight from work. I will be at BSC from about 5.30 buying my dad a helmet. I might just bring him along to watch
