Oh my god I think my head was about to explode.

Check out the gear cables on this bad boy

So much more goodness on that site

Oh, and one more thing. Can we please ban lefties from this thread?

I’m lovin’ the Cinelli decals as much as the brake cables - Gold.

Iz ok in B&W but this is just HAWT!

More vintage.

1994-5 Yeti ARC

Floating rear wheel?

I rode my first 29er the other week… I liked it… for that particular race, it was mainly fire trail with very little singletrack. Once I got into the singletrack I did ride like a gumby, I did improve my personal best by 15 minutes over 56kms though, so they are VERY quick.

But, given the choice… I would stick with my 26" any day. 29ers are quick, 26" are fun.

I dig that immensely.

Proper vintage Yetis:

a) John Tomac’s C-26 with tension disc & drop bars,

b) Juli Furtado’s C-26

c) Frank The Welder’s prototype Yeti Ultimate

That last yeti is fantastic.

Went riding with Damo from Cog Bike Cafe yesterday. He was riding his brand new fillet-brazed COG custom 96er. Airbrushed paint with Jimi Hendrix on the headtube and matching rims, Gates belt drive, Black Sheep Ti integrated bars/stem, Niner carbon forks, Sram XX brakes, Middleburn cranks, Tune hubs and saddle. Scorcha! They’ve built some great trails out at Sylvan too.

bit of a spectacle bike

That’s one very cool bike. Droooling !!
