im new in sydney i just got here last week.
im starting a new build. I just need wheelsets and pedal setscomplete my bike.
Can u guys tell me where i can get hands on 650c + 700c velocity rims and some hubs (philwood hubs perhanps)? please tell me at least what streets they are located?

Velocity rims you get from CTA or Velocity direct. Otherwise try Greg at TWE.
Pedals from Kookiebikes.com or Cheeky transport in Newtown.
We do a ride 7pm Wednesday nights from the Cricketers Arms pub in Surry Hills.
Come down when your bike is done.
