New project

Here’s my new project - my first singlespeed since I was a kid sitting on the crossbar of a 28 incher. It’s a Litespeed Classic that I picked up cheap as a discarded frameset. Scrounged some 165 DuraAce cranks and a few other bits from my parts box, bought a red saddle and red tires to go with the red Easton fork, and plopped in an old wheelset. A mate has loaned me a chain tensioner. I snagged an ENO wheelset on eBay - with red rims of course - on the way over from the US.

I can’t believe how much fun it is to ride - I’ve lost interest in my roadbike.

Pics?

Durn, I can’t work out how to paste in the pic. Here’s a link:

Lol yeah that catches a few people out. From photobucket just left click once on the image code (automatic copy), then paste that into a forum post, done

nice!

Is your fork on backwards?

Hehe yes it is a bit weird. It was the first all-carbon version of the Easton SL90 and they let the design people have a loose rein.
