My girlfriends’ Paino has the same fork lugs - but panto’d on the seat stays (which i can’t tell from this)…
Likewise, I have had a few Paino’s with very similar attributes. Was worth the gamble seeing it’s located around the corner from his shop, my size and $100!
And baby blue like my Paino Pista!! If the steerer tube has any of Star Enamelers scribbles I’ll be even more convinced!
