Hi-Ten steel do you think?
Old Dawes Galaxy tourers are sweet, but this isn’t one of them. Looks like a stamped dropout, indicating cheaper quality. And are those steel rims?
Seems OK price wise, but it’s nothing that special I don’t reckon.
