Old Zipp Disc

I just bought an old (early 90s maybe) white Zipp disc off Ebay for a couple of hundred clams. My problem is the it comes with a 126mm axle for a 7 speed. Does anybody have any experience with changing them to 120mm for track? The Zipp website just says to reverse the track nuts on this model. . .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reversing nuts sounds painful!

In my first year of high school, one of my classmate’s reversed his nuts and had to have surgery.

It haunted him until Year 12.
