Looks like a VISP frame. If it is, what size is that? Specs please.
EDIT : On second looked, the geometry is slightly different from VISP.
it’s actually a Inexa X2-T track frame - apparently Aussie spec but made in Asia - like most things.
It is nearly an exact copy of a Cinelli or Bianchi Super Pista - they all use the same rear dropouts.
Anyway specs as requested.
