Question about 26" and 700cc

Hi everyone, I have some questions about the 26 inches wheels and 700cc wheels

can the 26inches bike use 700cc wheels ?
can 700cc wheels be used as speed 6,7 or whatever the speed is?
or 700cc only for fixed gear or single speed?

can the 26inches bike use 700cc wheels ? Sometimes, yes. A few 26" MTB will run 700c rims on MTB hubs. Disc brakes only, rim brakes wont work on one to the other.
