Ravanello was my first thought too; it’s got my vote. I like how it was reluctantly assembled and turned out awesome.
Going through the list, my special mentions are for the simplicity of this Vivalo and this Bundy , and I’m super partial to a triptri (who isn’t)
There may need to be a runners up prize - for a bike that doesn’t have toeclips.
