Replacement brake pads for old campagnolo brakes

What does everyone use to replace the inserts in old campag brakes?

Is there a modern alternative or do I have to hunt down some originals?

Interested in hearing a result for this. The new style cartridge pads have bigger posts, and dont appear to fit in the calipers of early model brakes (Shimano and DiaCompe too).

Dumb Question: My current ones are 35mm and the site says they are 40mm. So you trim them to size like a car wiper blade?

yeah, trim, they’re the same mould as the MAFAC ones I think.

yes. trim as necessary.

the MAFAC ones look like lego blocks (raised circles on top), while the ones linked are just flat.
