found these 2 oldies to do up 
repco ladies bike and carlton gents bike (even had a bag of spare campag loose ball bearings in steerer)
Ha! Just there in case of an emergency bearing replacement?
I like the Carlton, I reckon that could come up really nice with some TLC (time, labour, coin.)
That Carlton would look amazing with the galli group set Iām selling;)
Seriously though, that frame is nice and fender mounts are your friends!
