Exactly as above. You apply the vinyl, and by day its black, by night it’s white. Pretty cool idea, but it’d be better if it came in a spray can.

Velocity make wheels covered in this stuff. Saw Gooses at Missing lanes. It’s still black at night only appears white when hit with a bright light.

I recall someone painting their bike with glow in the dark fluro paint…and it was insanely bright at night! Think it was a custom job though, not a type of paint you can buy.

Bumping this up, anyone know where you can get this stuff in Aus, for a reasonable price. Hunting for the stuff that reflects blue.
