Well, been in QLD now for 6 months. All in all I am pretty happy with my move north. Just one thing that I am still amiss on…who actually drinks this stuff. I would be willing to fly back to Melb to have a night at the TOTE instead of this…
Only place I’ve ever seen people drink that muck was on Magnetic Island. They were backpackers, it was cheap but in the end I guess I was cheaper because I bummed a few off them.
I’m sure there’s a moral to the story somewhere, something to do with beer I guess.
Tooheys Blue in the 30 can block would be high on my “shit-o-meter” and Carlton Cold (instant headache material)
Keep that talk up and I’m sure a few of us will chip in to shout you a one way ticket.

I would be more inclined to pitch in and send him to Christmas Island with all the boat people/refugees, maybe he might be deported to where-ever the fuck he came from.
the mysteries of life…
We had the Intervarsity Rowing Champs up there in Esk a couple of years back.
Racing and drinking that muck as well as a good portion of queensland diesel had me experience a week of the wost hangovers I have ever experienced!!
Shit it was fun but.
