Just thinking about starting a thread, involving the spots you have seen/ ridden in and around brisbane.
I’m sure everyone would like to know what it is, and where. Pretty sure the odd photo or two won’t hurt.
First spot:
Where: Southbank getting close to Westend. (picture shows exact location).
Type: Medium sized kicker to flat. good for 180’s and the casual huck.
paddo skatepark
under the go between bridge (nicely shaped ‘soft’ humps city side, ledges flat milton side)
anywhere in southbank if you dont mind getting hassled by the odd security guard
brisbane square/raddacliff place, lots of flat/trees for flatland shit
out front of suncorp stadium, milton rd side, MASSIVE flat, poles etc
cnr of edward and turbot st city, tiled banks
the Bikeway that runs out to mt gravatt from the city, plenty of drains etc once you get past stones corner
CP1/345 queen st, bank city if you wanna get kicked out within 5 mins
