Just a place to post articles, videos, etc that we find interesting on health.
It could be diet, exercise, mental health, whatever.
I’ll start with the one below highlights that a lot of physical work and activity can offset a poor diet to the point it makes the diet look good. He makes the parallel comparison with mediterranean people or other blue zones and their eating patterns.

Lots of “what ifs” in that but he also forgot to mention the portion sizes! 🤔

The “what ifs” were the point of the video. He’s casting doubt on a lot of paid-for nutrition science/promotion in general.
