I was thinking about doing a ride somewhere, maybe over a couple of days.
Is there any good routes from sydney, say if I took friday off work and stayed overnight friday and sat night somewhere along the way, preferably a round trip.
My girlfriend is keen to do it, I have found some routes around the hawkesbury. I just wanted to see if anyone has any experience or tips?

Blue mountains is cold and very hilly! Pretty awesome though.
