G’day, I’m one of the refugees from BNA and untill I read some of the members posts, I had no idea this forum existed so I hope all of us refugees can help to create some buzz here.

I’m Dave, 66yrs and been an on/off cyclist since 2000 and have more a prime interest in bicycle touring, commuting and general riding, I’m definitely not the racer type.

I own a 2017 Vivente World Randonneur touring bicycle with Ortleib panniers and a Trek Marlin 7 MTB I bought a couple of years ago.

I probably ride the Vivente more as I’m still trying to get the Trek more adaptable for me.

I’ve yet to go touring as I had dreamed of after finishing up and retiring from work, I’m still able to ride a non-E-bike and whilst slow, i’m not yet slow enough to fall off.

I one day hope to do some touring of some kind but i’m thinking camping could be out of the question…watch this space lol.

I currently live in Albury NSW on the Murray River, still discovering new places to ride, my other hobby is photography, I’m not great at it but it’s good therapy as is riding bikes. Oh and I also love low n slow BBQ.
