1930's Malvern Star Track Bike

I think Spirito was trying to council cottered_socks on the incorrect use of sort. Maybe it was a little tackless though. It seems a little ridgid to expect perfect spelling on the forum with the currant quality of English education in this country. I’m just waiting with baited breath to see some photos of this bike though, it has definitely peaked my interest.

Sort after - Demand > supply…hence the $$$ paid for the item previously listed.

Hmmm … I never been described as tackless

 A prize to the first person to pick all of the spelling mistakes!

:-o  :?

You really have no clue and you’re actually doing a disservice to this forum posting half baked rumours that have no basis or truth.

If you had the money you could buy a 5 Star. If you didn’t have the money they’d sell you one with a deposit and weekly installments. Bruce Small who owned Malvern Star was a businessman and cared for nothing but the bottom line. Everything was for sale. They weren’t our finest bikes but they were easily out best known and most readily available.

And you’re doing a disservice by being an asshole.

Play nice.

You get one post towards your 25 to gain trading access

you dont get one cause you spelt PRIZE wrong.

As an ongoing rule, you should lose a post for each misspelled word.

Good job ace! PM me your address and I’ll pop the prize in the mail.

Can you help me with the spelling or ironie as well?

The minus post clause should include grammar as well.

Why is correcting someone who posted unsubstantiated garbage being an asshole?

I am playing nice. I’ve let other peep’s know that cottered socks is incorrect is his rumour/myth/assumption …nipping misinformation in the bud.

:stuck_out_tongue:

LOL… there’s actually quite a lot of work that’s gone into that. ‘peaked’ is my favourite.

Cafe de Keiren for honourary trading access.

Are we ever going to see pics of the OP’s bike?
