3/32" cog with 1/8" chainring

Will running a 3/32" cog with a 1/8" chainring, with a 1/8" chain, be a problem?

Noop, it’s fine. I ran the same set up on my fixie for about 9 months like that before i got around to getting a 3/32 cog and chain to match the ring.

It’s not ideal, and makes marginly more noise, but it’s not going cause you any real traumas (like the chain jumping off the ring or anything)
