recon1 heres a message for you
if you want to get an aerospoke go for it
recently i have bought one and i dont think there’s anything wrong with em
most of the people who have paid them out on this thread i’ll bet have never ridden with one so dont listen to them
who cares if people call you a hipster or don’t approve of your wheel
IT’S YOUR WHEEL, IT’S YOUR BIKE
they run fine, they are a bit heavy but no worries, easy to manage in the wind and look great
you ride what you like, as everyone should
thats my two cents
yeah everyone here bitches about them but knowone rides em. you wont have any problems unless you trick on them hardcore and guess what no one on this forum tricks on them or tricks at all except nath from brisbane and he thrashes his with no dramas… if u wanna fork out the cash then go for it and get one, i’d be jealous. i want one but i am more inclined to having a rear track A3ROSPOKE.
soo true about everyone bagging them but not having ridden them
i have been running mine for a while now, no problems.
yes it is a bit heavier than my profile/deep v, yes if you take your hands off the bars when its really windy it can cause some problems…
but they do roll awesomely and look kinda cool. they do seem to turn sharper (just ask user erik, he has ridden my potato on his bike)… which seems odd considering laterally they are not that strong…plus i bought mine when the dorra was around 98 us cents so mine didnt cost much at all…
in saying that i have only seen photographic evidence of a small number of potato’s broken… and all of them i know for a FACT had a VERY hard life.
