There’s all kinds of alloys. Plain old mild steel is an alloy of iron and carbon. So what kind of alloy is this?

That frame involved non-weldable aluminium main tubes bonded to steel lugs, stays and forks. A mate of mine had one years ago that covered a lot of miles. He liked it and I think it came out of Japan. Raleigh had something similar with their Technium frames.
