Baisc track wheels for a beginner or spend a bit more?

Hey all,
I’m in the process of building up my first track bike and need some advice.

All that’s left to buy now is a crank-set, chain and wheel-set.

I’m pondering whether to just buy a budget set of wheels and get up and going sooner, OR
wait and spend a bit more on some decent wheels?

Anybody have any advice?

Miche Primato wheels on Wiggle for about $220. They will be perfect.

I got some high flange phil woods to deep v’s I’d sell pretty cheap.

budget is a relative term, how much do you actually want to spend? Itll help narrow down your options.
