When you pay $3+, wait for ages and then leave it on the table a 1/4 of the way through cause it is so bad, You get a bit pissed.
Their ricotta canolli is awesome though.

There has to be others, but this is the only place I’ve found so far that has different grinders with different beans and blends in them. When you order, you can tell the barrister how strong you like your coffee and they choose a bean to suit. I’m lovin the Indian atm, roasted three times, nice and strong and goes really well with soy milk.
Is the coffee really getting THAT much better? Or are you trying to stay ahead of the crowds and drop names of places that are cool and serve great coffee today, but will be mainstream and suddenly sell shit coffee tomorrow?
Or is that the coffee makers are on a merry go round and the good ones keep changing places? Its hard to imagine that is the case.
hehehe, i really am a grumpy turd on this forum these days, but not intentionally.
This thread proves that y’all a bunch of fixie cafe posuers…
I’ll smile to you all as I’m sitting enjoying my Brunetti’s Italian Hot Choc… haha
Oh, and I also like the Italian Pizza joint on the corner of Little Bourke/Hardware lane- don’t know the name, but that’s my locale.
Baba Booscha or whatever the hell it’s called (help me sarah!) serves up a pretty good, STRONG coffee too. Hard to actually get a seat though.
Of course, you don’t SIT there, you merely stand outside beside your fixie posuering.
