Yeh i read that. The first half is pretty good, heaps of weirdness, vengence and wrath. It reads like a David Lynch film.
Then the second half is all preachy and kind of shit, whats the deal with the dude that becomes a zombie anyway? Its like the second half was written as an afterthought to cash-in on the first book. Like Star Wars.

It’s somewhere between a warehouse in the USA and my letterbox (along with another Petroski and Kamkwamba.) You’re down as #2 & #3 .
+100 on david sedaris, sarah vowell from T.A.L writes some good stuff too
blakey - i’ll show you mine (library) if you show me yours.
Listened to more disturbing Sedaris yesterday on the way back from Sale.
As mentioned, my library has been purged, but you’re welcome to what’s left.

I read his first book “Less Than Zero” on a plane on the way to Japan and felt uncomfortable for 10 hours.
I don’t know whether this means it was really good, or really fucking disturbing.
haha you think that was uncomfortable they get worse and worse as they go, rules of a attraction is the best thought, and the movie actually does a pretty good of it to
+1, quality post shortsie
not saying the jews got it right, just saying they did a better job of writing the book
Real sorry to do this but I just found a UK book shop with free postage worldwide.
http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/
Prices are good too - some stuff is cheaper than I can get second hand.
