Heard his name dropped locally a few times with regards to repairs/mods.
I’ve got a frame that I’d like to get a seat tube reamed from 27 to 27.2.
Anyone got any contact deets?
Go to International Cycles - they will have the tools to do the job.
PS as far as I know Brian doesn’t do any frame building / repairs / painting anymore unless he owes you a favour.

bio mecahnics will do it without all the hassle of trying to get someone who doesnt want to do it to do it

Interesting …I rang International and spoke to Peter and he advised against it owing to the fact we don’t know the origianl thickness of the butted tube and taking .2 mm off it could compromise the tubes integrity. I said that i wanted 27.2 as it opens up my options for post choices as 27 seem limited. He had a rummage and found a 27 campy post for a good price in his parts bin, so I’ll probably go that option now anyway.
Yeah he was mums the word about it last night.
Sorry mate I forgot to get back to you. As Tim said Brian doesn’t do any work unless he owes a favor. He owed a mate a favor that’s how I got my frame mended.
Just been to B*MCR and they were buys as always but would help you out.
