well, the inside ring on my sealed bearings fell out. this mean that all the bearings went everywhere and i was left with the outside ring still in my hub.
so the outside ring is still in my hub, and doesnt want to budge.
does any one have any tips on how i could get it out?
Same way you’d do it if it was all there, tap it with a hammer from the other side. Why did the inner ring fall out?
ive tried knocking it out from the other side, but because the cup is curved it doesnt catch very well. tried using screw driver to lever it out. i think ill get a chisel and make some flat spots for the screw driver.
it fell out from a mixture of really really loose cups, i could see the axle it was so loose. then it was over tightened for half a day, then when i took it apart it just fell out. but ive bought new ones so i just need to press them in…once i get the old one out.
