Hey guys Im building a fixie and wanna get the best quality things possible. Try to stay under $700. I live in Melbourne. Please give some help buying or if you have any second hand good quality parts that I can use.

also with frames heres one im looking at. Pake CrMo Track Frame
It will cost around $300 for the frame and matching forks. Are these a good buy or are there some other frames around that price that are better quality.
