Bundy? It might be … the seller’s extent of showing proof is quoting something without reference and highlighting in a different colour. With such i usually just bid for what I see and discount any claims of provenance made.
Same seller also has “track wheels” that are built with Campy bmx hubs.
Angle of track drop outs looks wrong (not level). Never seen a bundy like that before. Maybe it’s a Blundy.

True, Jim would usually set the ends so that moving the wheel forward or back wouldn’t raise or lower the BB (and thus cranks).
